What we collect
Two things. If you submit a form, we receive what you typed into it — name, email, optionally a WhatsApp number, and your message — along with which page you sent it from and when. Separately, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read, which involves cookies and a truncated record of your IP address.
What the tools store
Nothing. The threshold check and the money-in check run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us unless you press the WhatsApp button, which opens WhatsApp with a message you can read and edit before sending.
Why we have it
To reply to you, and — if you ask for an introduction — to pass a brief to a broker so you do not have to repeat yourself. We share your details with a broker only when you have asked for that introduction. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising on this site.
Messaging us on WhatsApp means Meta handles that conversation under their terms, not ours.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will, and confirm it. Ask what we hold and we will tell you. Either request goes to the address on the contact page.
Cookies
Analytics cookies only. Blocking them in your browser costs you nothing on this site — every page and both tools work fine without them.
